Digital Waivers for Tour Operators

Guests who book online get a link to sign by email as soon as their booking is confirmed. The whole party signs from that same link on their own phones, and each signature shows up on the reservation.

Guests get the link with their booking, walk-ins sign at the counter, and every signature is saved with the signer's details.

Open your walk-in signing link on a tablet at the counter, or post its QR code so guests can sign on their own phones. Each adult signs for themselves, for minors in their care, or both, then taps Sign another waiver so the next adult starts fresh.

New signatures show up at the top of your Walk In Waivers list without a refresh. Check a guest in with one click and they drop off the list, so it shows who still needs checking in.

Reminders

See Who Still Needs to Sign

Each reservation shows a waiver icon: green when the whole party has signed, orange when some have, and red when no one has. Hover over it to see how many are left and who has signed.

Guests who booked ahead and still haven't signed get the link again in the day-before reminder email, and in a waiver email on the day of the tour.

To nudge a whole day at once, choose Send Waiver Reminders from the More menu. At check-in, Sign remaining waivers opens the signing page so the rest of the party can sign on your tablet.

Record-keeping

A Record of Every Signature

Each signed waiver keeps the drawn signature, the signer's contact details and date of birth, the time and IP address, the minors it covers, their answers to your questions, and the waiver text exactly as it read when they signed. Editing your waiver later doesn't change past signatures.
