Phone reservations are great — but collecting payment afterward has always been a friction point.

The Send Invoice tool changes that. When adding a reservation over the phone, you can now send your customer a direct payment link on the spot, right from the Add Reservation form. No awkward payment exchanges, no lost bookings.

Watch the video above to see how it works. All you need is the customer's phone number or email address, and the invoice goes out automatically once the reservation is saved. Customers can follow the link to pay on their end — and it's so quick, payment is often processed before the call even ends.

You can track payment status at a glance right from the Details view — a green ticket icon means paid, yellow means pending.
