Please arrive 20-30 minutes prior to check-in and fill out your rental agreement, and go through a quick boat operation orientation. Late arrivals may not be able to be accommodated. Please note the following while enjoying your rental:
- Cancellations must be received via email 48 hours prior to your reservation date to get a refund. Email cc@capitalcruises.com
- Lake conditions and the route may change daily and we will brief you on the current conditions. If weather is an issue, we will reach out to you in advance the day of to see if you would like a refund or to reschedule.
- Ten (10) persons maximum allowed on the boat (including children and infants).
- Children 12 and under are required to wear life jackets the entire time. (included or you can bring your own)
- Swimming is prohibited
- No fireworks
- No fishing
- No smoking
- No pets
- You will be charged for any damage or loss of items in the boat that occur while the boat is in your possession. This includes propeller damage ($250), rescue fees ($100), and any resulting fiberglass damages ($1000+). A Credit Card will be required upon arrival or in advance and held during your rental period to cover damages.
