Understanding Reservation Genie

Reservation Genie is a FREE website that allows you to make quick reservations at area venues (restaurants and activities). The website tracks how often you visit your favorite businesses and offers incentives to frequent patrons by giving them VIP status.

How Does Reservation Genie Work?
After you register with Reservation Genie you can login and book reservations at any time. From your Make Reservation Screen, simply pick the venue, date, and party size to see what times are available. If the time is available, book it and wait for confirmation. Most venues use an auto confirm feature that automatically confirms reservations, so the process generally takes less than 60 seconds. You can choose to receive convenient confirmation notification via email, text message, or both.
How Do Perks work?
Venues may attach a perk to any time on any particular day. This allows them to promote specials and encourage traffic on a daily and hourly basis. To view the venue perks and availability for that day, simply click on the Venues link once your are logged in.
What if I Need to Cancel my Reservation?
If you can not make your reservation all you have to do is cancel using the cancel icon next to the reservation on your My Reservations page. You may also cancel by phone. The venue phone number is included in text message confirmations for mobile convenience. If you are unable to cancel, your reservation will be marked No Show.
